The Office of the Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has been stepping up enforcement of the current regulations related to equal employment and affirmative action in recruitment. In addition, it has proposed various changes in the regulations that might significantly increase cost and administrative burden of compliance. The presentation provides an overview of the OFCCP regulations and discusses the specific actions Federal contractors must take for proactive outreach, job listing and record keeping.
It then goes into giving a comprehensive view of how America’s Job Exchange (AJE) provides these services and highlights the critical elements of the AJE solution.
