Here at OutSolve we support contractors throughout the country in Affirmative Action Planning, OFCCP audits and all things relate to EEO/AA compliance. Our primary interest is in AAP support, meaning every day we work with data, generate reports and answer hundreds of questions related to compliance. The OFCCP Shutdown and Compliance Reviews

ofccpcomplianceThe Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) shut down all essential functions on October 1. At this time, it is unknown how long the shutdown will last.

Contractors that received scheduling letters during the shutdown should consider whether to submit their AAP’s during the shutdown.
